"Starburst" Recognition Awards

The ”Starburst” recognition awards celebrate those groups and individuals that push themselves to the very top of whatever pursuit they are involved in. The distinctive awards design is based on two stars “exploding” upwards, representing the drive and energy required to scale great heights. The use of two stars is significant in that, no matter how talented we are, there is always someone or something that has supported us in our quest to be the very best. These unique awards, designed by artist MK Shannon, stand 11” tall (including their marble base). The Starburst sculpture awards are created in pewter, and are available in one of three finishes: 1) a brushed pewter finish; 2) pewter and silver plating; and 3) gold and silver plating (with each star a different color – this is the version shown in the photo above). Starburst’s black marble base can be customized with an engraving of your choice for a small additional charge.
