"Rising Sun" Recognition Awards

The ”Rising Sun” recognition awards feature an impressionistic design of a figure that is stretching upward towards a symbolic goal. The figure's long, arching stretch forward, accentuated by a raised leg and outstretched arms, signifies a total immersion towards an objective, and can even be interpreted as an exultation of achieving this objective. This unique awards design could also be used to recognize achievements in dancing, gymnastics, or similar activities. These unique awards, designed by artist Bob Bennett, stand 17” high (including their marble base). The Rising Sun sculpture awards are created in pewter, and are available in one of three finishes: 1) a brushed pewter finish; 2) silver plating; and 3) gold plating (shown in the photo above). Rising Sun’s black marble base can be customized with an engraving of your choice for a small additional charge.
